The mission of Community Health Centers, Inc. is to provide quality
patient-centered primary care services to individuals regardless of
their ability to pay.
It is CHC's vision that culturally relevant primary health care is
available, affordable, appropriate, adequate and acceptable to all
community members, particularly for individuals, families and groups who
are vulnerable and underserved.
We strive to accomplish the mission without imposing the financial
barriers to care found in many of today's health care delivery systems
and we make efforts to provide care to insured and uninsured patients.
In other words, care is provided regardless of ability to pay. Our
strategy to meet this mission includes:
Affordable care should not be second-class care
and at Community Health Centers, Inc. it is the best care available
in Utah. Community Health Centers, Inc. is committed to providing
the highest quality care and is accredited by the Joint Commission
on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO)—an independent,
not-for-profit organization, and the nation’s predominant standards
setting and accrediting body in health care. CHC has been awarded
their
"Gold Seal" of approval. Click
