For over Forty-Five years, Community Health Centers has provided exceptional health care to people of all ages, backgrounds, and life circumstances. We offer community members access to primary and preventive health care, dental services, and mental health provided in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner. Many of our service providers are bilingual (Spanish) and we can arrange for translators of other languages.

Community Health Centers, Inc. is governed by a consumer/community driven board. At least 51% of our governors use the health center as their regular source of health care. The remaining governors are from the local community and add a diverse range of health care related expertise.
